How is RESPECT defined in our Relationship?

Experience has taught us that some people are aware of the importance of RESPECT.
Then there are some who are not aware of the value of RESPECT within their relationship.

What is RESPECT?

Is RESPECT like CREDIT?
Is RESPECT like VALUE?
Is RESPECT like EGO?

We have to ask the other person to let us know what makes them feel disrespected,
and respected.

Some disrespect is intentional and some is gender based.
