It is so easy to lose sight of the reason you join as one. Expanding ones family is a big reason. Keeping the family legacy alive by forming a family is no easy task. Staying in love is a choice. One must work to bring out the best in his or her spouse.
Growing a marriage is just as important and requires as much planning as growing a business.

1. Set goals together to guide your relationship toward the destinations the two of
you agree upon.
2. Take baths together and make the bath symbolic of cleaning off the dirt life
slings on one another.
3. Write your needs, strengths, and weaknesses down on paper instead of having a heated screaming match.
4. Meditate together in the morning and at night. Get quiet and then say whatever
comes to mind. See if you can think and speak the same thoughts.
5. Learn your mate: Speak your spouse’s language. Learn how to inspire, and motivate your spouse, as well as what makes each other feel loved.
6. Always believe in your spouse’s ability to make enhancements. With the rest of the world doubting your spouse, the last thing they need is more doubt from wifey or hubby.
7. Always make your spouse feel included. Bills, outings, investments, shopping, goals, dreams, kids, and self improvement components should be shared so the two of you can grow together and be on the same page as to where you are headed. It does not sound right when a wife is hiding how much she spent on shopping. A husband that can't communicate his goals with his wife may as well be by himself.
