About Me:
I really never know how to "describe myself" when it comes to these things. I guess it all depends on what the reader wants to know about me. I am a graduate from CSUEB, however I began my college Career at Xavier, but like many other students, Hurricane Katrina changed my path. I have a BA in Human Development, and I am a Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist so in summary I work with at-risk youth aged 3-21, in group homes, foster homes, biological and extend family, that are at risk for loosing their current placement, so I teach them coping skills, and replacement behaviors to alter their behaviors to prevent a higher level of care (I know, a mouth full but I have to explain or I'll be answering this question over and over). I am born in raised in sunny California. I enjoy the outdoors, anything from snorkeling, to skiing, camping, to horseback riding. I enjoy traveling. I sing in my church choir, even though I don't call myself a singer. I am a mentor. I think that's enough, if you are interested in knowing more, that's what the message is for =).
