This is Chiang Mai's most underrated travel activity— staying in a mountain hotel. Nestled an hour away in the lush forests of Mae Rim, there are plenty of options—but this time, I chose Skyview MonJam because of it's stunning mountainous backdrop right by the bed. There are also lots of activities around the area like plenty of sheep alpaca farms, strawberry farms, Pong Yang Jungle Coaster & Zipline adventure park, flower farms and elephant sanctuaries.
