Today we want to share a yummy easy meal to make.
- POTATO CHIP CRUSTED FRIED FLOUNDER
- SPINACH
- CREAMY CHICKEN FLAVORED RICE & PASTA BLEND
Ingredients:
(Measure accordingly)
1. Flounder Fillets
2. Glory Foods Southern Style Spinach
3. Knorr Rice Sides Creamy Chicken
4. Cooking Oil
5. Seasoning Salt
6. Lemon Pepper
7. Flour
8. Mayonnaise or Egg
9. Music
10. Skillet, Pots, Bowls
11. Crushed Potato Chips
Let's Get To Cookin':
A: Turn on some Cozy Cooking Music. Christmas is currently playing....
B: In a Bowl, mix the Seasoning Salt, Lemon Pepper, Crushed Potato Chips and Flour.
C: Place the Mayonnaise or Egg in a bowl. (Beat the egg) Grab a cooking brush and
that will allow you to easily spread the Mayonnaise on the Fillets. Cover each Fillet
with your Mayo or beat Egg.
D: Coat each moist Fillet with the Seasoning/Chip mix on both sides. Set fish aside.
E: In a separate Pot with a Cover, boil your Chicken flavored Rice and Pasta Blend. Then after it heats to a boil, lower the heat and let it simmer for 7 minutes or until finished.
F: Pour Spinach into a Pot and place on Medium heat.
G. In a Skillet, pour your cooking oil in and heat to sizzle. Now add Flounder to the heated
skillet and cook until golden brown.
Use a little bit of your determination to determine what other steps you need to take.
