Plain and simple, you must also marry your mate's family and friends!
Ways to make the marriage to your Honey Bun go smoothly include
the following....
-Develop a relationship with your mate's family and friends whom he or she
interacts with.
Take time to ask the family members tips on how to have a successful
relationship with your mate. Ask the family if they think your mate is good
marriage material.
-Ask for a Blessing from your mate's family and friends to get married.
Nothing is worse than marrying into a family filled with people who do
not approve of your relationship. This disapproval leads to dissension
that can or cannot dissolve itself.
-Take your mate's family out on dates to get to know who they are.
Since these are people who have helped shaped your mate into their
current stature, it is good to gain understanding on what ingredients
went into making him or her who she turned out to be.
-Be mindful of what you want your relationship/marriage to look like.
Do your research to see if you can identify or relate to the makeup
of your mates family and friends. Find out if you share traditions?
Get to know the roles male and female played in the family, as this
will give you an idea of what your mates male and female expectations
are or will be.
-It is important to provide a marriage ceremony that includes all of
the important people in each of your lives. The result of that ceremony
will produce a result of acceptance! When your family and friends are
included and are apart of your union, they have more of a vested interest
in the success of your relationship.
-Consider including a family member or friend as a Chaperone on your
Courtship Dates.
This will help you stay within your courtship boundaries. It will also provide
you with outside counsel to help you address issues that occur during the
courtship. Your family or friends will also get to form a bond with your mate.
Most importantly they can offer their opinion on whether or not they think
he or she is a good match with you!!
-Propose marriage to your mate's entire family and friend circle.
Ask the important people in his or her life if you can have their
hand in marriage. This act is equal to asking if you can join their
family or friendship. It is honorable and humble.

Family is a group of people who share
