• Assist in coordinating the collection, maintenance, analysis, and distribution of contract information used in order placement and reporting.
• Assist in data entry and ensure data accuracy in order to meet established deadlines and goals.
• Compares contract information and maintains data files contained therein.
• Work closely with internal staff and vendors in analyzing and resolving data accuracy issues in order to maintain data integrity.
• Back-up to review and approve recommendations to contract software interface.
• Assist in uploading contract templates into Contract Center.
• Compare contract templates to current Item Master to ensure all information is updated accordingly. Once completed, any and all additional information or issues will need to be addressed.
• Assist in maintaining statistics and conducting market research.
• Track progress against planned goals and requirements of the contracts.
• Use data to make recommendations for greater impact and organizational efficiency.
• Participates as a team member and is accountable for own work responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in a health care setting
Licensure: None required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive desktop computers.
