about this team
The global brand casting team sources and curates the faces, voices and creators who bring our product to life across PDP, social and campaigns. Small, fast and obsessively tasteful, we own scouting, roster curation and the contracts and logistics that turn a booking into work. Existing as a center of excellence for brand casting, we partner with Creative Ops and Studio Ops for production logistics and collaborate with Sports Marketing, Brand Marketing and Brand Creative to ensure every selection serves the creative concept while honoring our casting ethos, commercial priorities and the marketing brief. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, we partner cross-functionally to deliver casting that balances creative excellence with operational rigor. a day in the life: what you'll do
The casting specialist, global casting plays a key role in translating creative vision into compelling, on brand talent across ambassador and pro-talent casting. Sitting at the intersection of creative brand marketing and sports marketing, this role is responsible for shaping casting outcomes that reflect our brand identity, elevate storytelling and driving cultural relevance.
You will lead ambassador casting across campaigns and brand initiatives, owning relationships with sports marketing and ambassador teams to ensure alignment between talent availability, campaign timing and creative intent. With a strong point of view on taste and culture, you will contribute to evolving our casting identity while sourcing and developing a diverse, high quality global talent network.
ambassador casting & strategy
* lead casting for ambassador-led campaigns and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand positioning,
creative direction and campaign goals
* act as a key partner to sports marketing, maintaining a deep understanding of ambassador roster, pipeline
talent, availability and commitments
* own and maintain ambassador casting decks and talent recommendations, ensuring they are current,
strategic and aligned to briefs
* translate creative briefs into clear, actionable casting strategies that balance creative intent with commercial priorities
* uphold and continuously elevate the standard of excellence across ambassador casting outputspro talent casting & talent development
* source and identify diverse, high quality pro talent and creators across global markets
* bridge ambassador and pro talent casting, ensuring cohesive storytelling and alignment across all talent types within a campaign
* build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, talent and external partners
* continuously scout emerging talent, staying connected to cultural trends, communities and new platforms
* contribute to building and evolving a prioritized, high-performing global talent roster
cross-functional relationships & partnerships
* build and own strong cross-functional relationships with sports marketing, brand marketing, brand creative and regional teams
* partner with stakeholders to align casting strategies with campaign objectives, timelines and creative
direction
* act as a trusted collaborator, bringing a clear point a view while remaining adaptable to feedback and

* support the team in maintaining a fresh, competitive and forward-thinking casting approach
operational excellence & workflow
* partner closely with the casting team and operations to ensure smooth execution from brief to booking
* maintain organization across casting workflows, timelines and deliverables
* ensure casting outputs are delivered accurately on time and in alignment with production needs
* support continuous improvement of casting processes, tools and ways of working
* partner closely with sports marketing to maintain and track ambassador roster, including pipeline talent, commitments, availability and scheduling
must haves
* a strong eye for talent, with the ability to assess alignment to brand, brief and cultural moment
* demonstrated experience working with talent, agencies, athletes or creators across casting or production workflows
* ability to build, manage and maintain trusted relationships across both internal and external partners
* confidence in creative decision making, with a clear point of view on taste and casting direction
* strong cross functional collaboration skills across teams such as Sports Marketing, Brand Marketing and Creative
* an operational mindset - ability to balance creative thinking with execution, timelines and deliverables* experience building casting decks, talent presentations and communicating recommendations to stakeholders or senior leadership
* a proactive, solutions-oriented approach with high level ownership and accountability
* experience working with sports or entertainment marketing teams
* familiarity with global casting markets and culturally nuance talent sourcing
* understanding of usage rights, contracts and talent negotiations

qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in casting, talent sourcing, creative production or a related field
* strong network across agencies, talent, creators and/or athletic communities
* experience casting for campaigns, brand storytelling or content across digital, social or e-commerce
* proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and translate creative briefs into casting outcomes
* strong creative judgement with a clear understanding of brand alignment, audience and cultural relevance
* experience working in fast paced environments with multiple concurrent projects and evolving priorities

compensation and benefits package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $69,100- $90,700 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
