Epic ADT / Grand Central Analyst

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing system build and configuration for Epic ADT/Grand Central
- Develop, support and maintain all required system design and build documents and other system documentation
- Contribute to the development of testing scripts and materials
- Actively participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle and performs unit, system and integrated testing tasks and activities
- Complete specific team task activities as outlined in the project work plan and other job-related duties as assigned
- Attend team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, work tasks, and issues
- Create and maintain regular status reports and provides verbal and written status to Project Managers and project leadership, as required
- Responsible for supporting the client's Willow module within Epic, including responding to break-fix tickets, meeting with operational end-users to discuss issues as well as new functionality, preparing documentation, and working on enhancements, testing, and upgrades

Qualifications
Required
- Certification in Epic Grand Central
- Minimum of 5+ years of Epic build and support experience
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical environment, or healthcare IT setting
- 5+ years of experience with ADT
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
- Hospital or Clinic operations experience
- Additional Epic Certifications
- ITIL process knowledge
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
