Independently perform analyses and implement data, software, or technology solutions to deliver precise, reliable, and reproducible products in a timely manner, under the direction of a more senior leader. Demonstrate technical precision and strong analytical skills. Possess good understanding of software development and technology infrastructure (including servers, storage, network connectivity, and virtualization/cloud environments), and general understanding of data integration and warehousing, and data analysis and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks competently and independently and generate reliable and consistent results.
• Analyze and critique results, noting significant variances or deviations from ServiceNow best practice
• Troubleshoot workflows, access, portal, and reporting issues.
• Demonstrate skill in multiple techniques and appropriatelymodifyprotocols, as required, to suit the changing needs of our HR business.
• Learn and understand new ServiceNow functionalities.
• Produces andmaintainsrequired technical documentation associated with deliverables.
• Participating in requirement gathering for new ServiceNow HR requests
• Understand and adhere to corporate standardsregardingapplicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety,GxPcompliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.

Required:

• Bachelors degree and at leasttwo years of related experience OR a masters degree in a related education field.
• Hands-Onexperience building or maintaining ServiceNow catalogs, administering the platform, or optimizing workflows to support business processes.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out job functions.

Preferred:

• Configuration and/or development experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Experience working in an Agile Frameworkstronglypreferred.
• Technical requirement gathering experience.
