Director of Neuroradiology
NYU Grossman School of Medicine, in affiliation with Woodhull Medical Center, is seeking a full-time Director of Neuroradiology to join our esteemed Department of Radiology at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center. Located in the heart of North Brooklyn, Woodhull is a 400-bed Level II Trauma Center and an integral part of the NYC Health + Hospitals network, providing comprehensive care to the diverse communities of Williamsburg, Bushwick, and Greenpoint. This is an exciting opportunity for a board-certified neuroradiologist with leadership experience and a passion for advancing the field of neuroradiology in both clinical and academic settings. The Director will oversee all neuroradiology operations, promote high standards of patient care, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across departments. Position Highlights:
· Lead the Neuroradiology Division in providing advanced imaging and diagnostic services, with a focus on neurovascular, brain, and spine imaging
· Oversee the development and implementation of clinical protocols and quality assurance programs
· Supervise, mentor, and educate residents and fellows in the Neuroradiology training program
· Engage in academic activities, including teaching, research, and collaboration with NYU Grossman School of Medicine
· Collaborate with other specialties to optimize patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
· Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental strategic planning
· Actively contribute to the growth and development of the department within the larger hospital system Qualifications:
· Board certification in Neuroradiology
· Completion of a fellowship in Neuroradiology
· Strong leadership and management experience in a clinical and academic environment
· Commitment to clinical excellence, education, and community health
· Eligible for New York State Medical Licensure
· Experience with research initiatives and the ability to foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment We offer a competitive compensation package, including: · Annual Base Salary: $375,000-$475,000
· 403B/457 Participation with a 10% employer contribution (no employee match required)
· Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement: $3,000-$3,500, inclusive of one week of paid CME time
· Projected Annual Revenue Sharing payments of up to $35,000 contingent upon meeting productivity and compliance metrics
