Sr. Wholesale Account Manager

We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi's®, Dockers®, Denizen® and Signature by Levi Strauss & Co.™</p><p></p><p><b>About the Job</b></p><p>Beyond Yoga is looking to hire a full-time Wholesale Account Associate (WAM) to provide outstanding phone and email support to both our awesome sales team and our loyal wholesale accounts. Account managers fully understand and appreciate the importance of our customer's happiness and are determined to ensure the customer has the best experience possible.</p><p></p><p><b>What you'll do:</b></p><ul><li>Be a point of contact for wholesale teams and their accounts providing exceptional customer service</li><li>Process orders, returns, exchanges for both small and large wholesale accounts</li><li>Work with accounting team in regards to payment issues</li><li>Provide wholesale support to our sales team through our Salesforce platform</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Daily Responsibilities: </b>Pull in pre-book orders, enter new accounts, enter immediate orders, issue RA's, receiving in RA's, issue credit memos, run ATS, reach out for cc declines, enter seasonal bulk orders, issue NRF codes, reconcile invoice discrepancies, daily allocation, update customer accounts in ERP (cc, address, email address), submit orders to CIT for approval, review chargeback with A/R, and answer incoming phone calls.</p><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><ul><li>You are a collaborative and enthusiastic team player</li><li>You are resolution focused</li><li>You thrive in a work environment with a fast pace</li><li>Detailed in working approach and loves numbers</li><li>Are excited about working cross-functionally within various departments</li><li>Understand the importance of going beyond expectations and truly love making others happy</li><li>Experience in the Fashion Industry in a Wholesale Account Management/Customer Service environment</li><li>Some understanding of ERP Systems</li><li>Proficient in Excel</li><li>Some knowledge of EDI transactions and factoring</li><li>A basic understanding of allocation, pick ticket creation, and routing processes</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication</li><li>You are able to adapt and adjust to changes</li><li>You manage a variety of tasks and priorities well</li></ul><p></p><p>We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
